Bad ratings from people who discover they have to register first and then dont bother actually writing a review so the developers can improve? Unfair on this app. It works as advertised and without problems. The bad ratings are given for reasons other than the quality of the app. Assuming you dont mid registering (how many other web services do you have to register for to use?!?) then youll find this app very useful.

More often than not, when I use the online booking feature, the cabs arrive but either pick up another dare or leave if you are not outside ready and waiting for them

Some bad moments

tried to book a cab from Sydney Airport. A driver located several kilometers away picked up the job. Had to wait 15 minutes and then the cab canceled the job cause he could not "find me" in the adress. Deleted right away!

Several issues with this, cabs are either always 58Km away, or it will assign to car and then drop back to waiting or worse will change to picked up when youre still standing there. If you actually need to be somewhere on time just call them.

Booking a cab using the mapping functionality doesnt work. Is off by about 500m. Theyve removed the ability to report service issues. The UI is VERY clunky and definitely doesnt do what you would expect... Thats just the app. The service itself is pathetically bad. As I am writing this Ive been waiting for a pre-booked taxi for more than 40 minutes. Yes, 40 minutes and thats during the day time. I was added to the priority queue 15 minutes ago...still waiting. Stay away from 13CABS. This ride, if it ever arrives, will be my last business with this company.

The UI is average at best. Booked a cab for an early morning transfer to the airport. Confirmations only 10 minutes before pickup, then it says the car is 40km away. Canceled the booking and walked to a taxi stand. Sort of makes the app useless.

Weve order 16-20 cabs with this app over the past 4 months. It does work and the cabs always show up on time. The app needs Retina display updates and a UI overhaul to make it simpler; push alerts when cab accepts booking and arrives would also be nice. Please enhance this app and your ratings with go up!

The one app I wish I didnt need to use. Somehow theyve removed the ability to log in with an existing profile with this version. (And of course cant create a new profile with the same phone number as an existing.) Also no ability to reset your password (in the prior version - and of course still not in this one).
